Assessment and Promotion Policies from Class VI onwards
  1. No formal Examination from Nursery to Class V.
  2. From Class VI to VIII : Final Consolidated Result will be based on aggregate marks obtained in May, Sept., Dec. and March.
    a. Two Terms : April-September and October-March
    b. Each term includes two Formative Assessments and one Summative Assessment.
    c. Final Consolidated Result will include 40% weightage of Formative and 60% weightage of Summative Assessments.
  3. For Class XI 40% of the marks obtained by the student in Sept. and Dec. + 60% of the marks obtained in March are carried for the Final Consolidated Result of the student.

A student must get 40% marks in each subject and at least 50% marks in aggregate to qualify himself/herself for promotion to the next higher class. However the decision of the Principal in the matter of promotion will be final. A student who remains absent from an examination for any reason shall not be re-examined. A student who fails in the Consolidated Final Result ceases to be on the rolls of the school on 31st of March.

Examination & Promotion System
  1. Examination The whole syllabus from class Nursery to Class XII is divided into two semesters. Each semester is divided into two units. The first unit is held in the second week of May followed by first semester exam in the first week of September. The second unit is held in the third week of December followed by second semester exam in the first week of March. 10% of the marks obtained by a child in May & December + 30% of the marks in first semester + 50% of marks in second semester are carried for the Final Consolidated results of the child. (Except for class X and XII).
    for XI – 10% in Dec.
    30% in Sept.
    60% in Second Semester
